- 1 medium onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 cups crushed tomatoes
- 1 can kidney beans rinsed and drained
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 half teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
