- 4 eggs
- 2 cans tuna drained
- 3 medium potatoes
- 200 g green beans
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 cup olives
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice optional
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Lettuce optional
Boil the eggs in a pot of water for about 8 to 10 minutes until firm. Cool them, peel them, and cut into halves.
Cut the potatoes into small pieces and boil them until tender but still firm. Drain and let them cool.
Cook the green beans in boiling water for a few minutes until just tender. Cool them quickly to keep their color and texture.
Drain the tuna and keep it in large chunks.
Slice the tomatoes and prepare the olives. Wash and dry lettuce if using.
Arrange the eggs, tuna, potatoes, green beans, tomatoes, and olives on a large plate or bowl in sections.
Drizzle olive oil over the salad and add lemon juice if desired. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
