- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup ripe pears peeled and chopped or mashed
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup melted butter or vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Wash, peel, and chop or mash the ripe pears. Set aside.
Grease a loaf pan with butter or oil to prevent sticking.
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
