Ingredients
  

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 3 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 cup milk or cream
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons butter or oil
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

  • Boil the lasagna noodles in hot water until soft, then drain and set aside
  • Cook ground beef in a pan with chopped onion and garlic until browned
  • Add tomato sauce to the meat and let it simmer for a few minutes
  • In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with eggs and a little salt until smooth
  • Spread a layer of sauce in the baking dish
  • Add a layer of noodles, then cheese mixture, then meat sauce
  • Repeat the layers until the dish is full
  • Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese
  • Bake in the oven until the top is golden and bubbling
  • Let the lasagna rest before cutting and serving
